At an age when many consider a sabbatical, I’ve chosen a different path. Picture this: an RV decked out with our signature crazy dots, traversing the vast landscapes of the US. Alongside me is "Echo," my adventurous one-year-old Labrador retriever. This isn't a spontaneous decision nor a mid-life crisis. It's a mission born from a decade of dedication. This August marks the tenth anniversary of the organization I founded, sparked by a glaring gap in skilled resources within the industry. I was determined not just to address this issue but to transform lives in the process.

Why This Journey Matters

Our world, especially post-COVID, has seen a seismic shift in workforce dynamics. The traditional paths to reskilling are proving inadequate. From the medical to the renewable energy sectors, the opportunities are vast, yet tech roles remain uniquely universal, touching every industry. This challenge led to the creation of the Initiative America Tour, a bold step to illuminate the myriad possibilities awaiting in the professional world.
